Privacy Policy

Linden is built by Harbor87 LLC. We designed Linden so that your family's data never leaves your control. This policy explains what data Linden works with, where it's stored, and what Harbor87 can — and cannot — access.

Data We Collect

Linden processes the following data on your devices and in your private iCloud account:

• Screen time usage data (app names, usage durations, category breakdowns)
• App limits, schedules, and content restriction settings configured by parents
• Named places and location coordinates for geofence check-ins
• Child profile information (name, age, color preference)
• Time extension requests and decisions
• App detection and review decisions

How Data Is Stored

All data is stored exclusively in your family's private iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit framework. CloudKit's private database uses end-to-end encryption — your data is not accessible to Harbor87 or Apple.

No Linden accounts are created. No data is transmitted to Harbor87 servers — Harbor87 operates no servers.

Two small data bridges exist between each app and its extensions via iOS App Groups. These are on-device only and never transmitted off the device.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No analytics
• No advertising identifiers
• No crash reporting transmitted to third parties
• No payment information (handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit)

Third Parties

• Apple iCloud / CloudKit — data storage and sync (governed by Apple's privacy policy)
• Apple StoreKit — in-app purchase processing (governed by Apple's privacy policy)

No other third parties receive any data from Linden.

Children's Privacy

Linden Parent is designed for use by parents, not children. Linden Child is a companion enforcement app installed on a child's device by a parent. Harbor87 does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Retention

All data persists as long as your family's iCloud account is active. Deleting either app removes local data. iCloud data can be deleted via your device's iCloud settings.

Your Rights

Since Harbor87 holds no data, there is nothing to request, export, or delete from Harbor87 directly. All data can be removed by deleting the app and clearing iCloud data via Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud.
